Not quite right?
We believe that open communication is essential to maintaining a safe, high-quality service. If you have a concern, question or complaint, we encourage you to let us know as soon as possible so it can be addressed promptly and respectfully.
All feedback — especially matters relating to child safety, wellbeing or inclusion — is taken seriously and handled sensitively and confidentially.
In the first instance, you are welcome to speak with:

Our leadership team is here to listen, support and work with families to resolve concerns in a fair and timely manner.
If you feel a matter has not been resolved to your satisfaction, or you would prefer to raise your concern with someone else, you may escalate it to management. Further information about our complaints handling process can be found in our policies, in Quality Area 7.
